We begin with a brief check-in to discuss your current energy levels, any areas of concern, and your intentions for the session. The core of the session is a live remote Reiki Energy Healing, where universal life force energy is channeled to clear blockages, restore balance, and revitalize your energy field. Whether you’re feeling stressed, drained, or simply looking for a quick boost, this tune-up helps you realign and recharge. After the healing, we’ll have a post-session discussion to reflect on any insights, shifts, or messages that may have come through. You’ll leave feeling more centered, grounded, and ready to take on the day. This 30-minute Reiki tune-up is ideal for those looking for a quick, effective energy boost or for regular maintenance of your energetic well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Policy & Waiver Booking: Clients can schedule sessions online or by contacting us directly at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the session without incurring charges. Within 48 hours, cancellations result in a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full fee. Payment: Payment must be completed before services are provided, using credit/debit cards or accepted methods. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are issued within 7-10 business days. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Rescheduling after canceling is not permitted. Technical Requirements: Clients must ensure they have the necessary technical equipment for online sessions. Refunds are not provided for technical issues beyond our control. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Liability Waiver: Clients understand that participating in remote or in-person activities involves inherent risks. Clients should consult a healthcare professional before participating. Clients acknowledge that any injuries sustained during in-person sessions are not the liability of Katie Sterbens. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of the session without refund. Privacy Policy: Client information is handled according to our privacy policy. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this policy. Clients agree to comply with these terms when booking sessions. Reiki Treatment Disclaimer: By booking this appointment, you agree to the above policies and affirm your consent to have your energy read.
