As you lie down on your towel or mat, let the rhythmic waves and harmonious sound frequencies wash over you, melting away stress and tension. This session is designed to help you achieve a state of tranquility and inner peace, enhancing your overall well-being.
What to Bring: - A towel or yoga mat for comfort - Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing - Water to stay hydrated
- Sunscreen or something to cover face/body with to protect from sun - Any additional items for personal comfort (e.g., blankets, cushions)
